Stage design description:
The scenery is based on the play between light and shadow. Various silhouettes allow multiple scenes to come about.
Don Giovanni is characterized by the multitude of settings. In order to be just to this multitude, the design of the stage had to be especially precise and cleverly planed to save space despite the spacial limitations of the theater at Hanns Eisler Berlin.
